  • - 3–4 medium potatoes Yukon Gold, Russet, or baby potatoes
  • - 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1 teaspoon paprika
  • - ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - Optional: dried parsley Italian seasoning, or parmesan

Method

  2. Wash and chop the potatoes into small, even cubes.
  3. Add potatoes to a bowl and toss with olive oil and all seasonings until fully coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
  7. Check for crispiness and cook 1–2 minutes longer if needed.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dip or alongside any protein.
