- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and rub to coat.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve sliced, shredded, cubed, or as desired.
