Ingredients
  

  • - 2 large chicken breasts
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • - 1 teaspoon paprika
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • - Optional: lemon juice Italian seasoning, chili flakes, parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and rub to coat.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake 20–25 minutes, depending on thickness.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve sliced, shredded, cubed, or as desired.
