- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika, and cook until golden.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and stir.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce.
- Cover and simmer 5–7 minutes until broccoli is tender and the sauce reduces.
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Serve over rice, pasta, quinoa, or enjoy straight from the skillet.
