Method

  3. Dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place chicken and potatoes on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  6. Spread potatoes into a single layer.
  7. Bake 25–35 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through for extra crispiness.
  8. Add optional lemon juice, parmesan, or herbs if desired.
  9. Serve hot.
