Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cooked chicken.
- Add broccoli if using.
- Pour mixture into a casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, add cheese on top, and bake 10–15 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
