Simple Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 chicken breasts sliced thin
  • - 8 oz pasta penne, rotini, bowties — live your truth
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • - 1 teaspoon paprika
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 cup heavy cream or half‑and‑half
  • - 1 cup chicken broth
  • - ½ cup grated parmesan
  • - 1 tablespoon butter
  • - Optional: spinach peas, red pepper flakes, lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Cook until golden.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir until smooth.
  5. Add parmesan and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  7. Stir in butter for extra richness.
  8. Serve immediately with optional toppings.
