Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 –4 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup peas corn, or green beans (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • Shredded cheese for topping
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant.
