Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta elbow, rotini, or penne
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14 oz
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: corn peas, mushrooms, spinach

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix in cooked pasta and sour cream until fully combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve warm.
