  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups dry pasta penne or rotini
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • Fresh basil optional

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until softened and fragrant.
