Method
 

  1. - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. - Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until softened and fragrant.
  3. - Stir in the broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and snap peas, cooking until the vegetables begin to soften.
  4. - Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and chili flakes, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  5. - Let the stir fry simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and the vegetables reach your preferred tenderness.
