Method
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown the ground beef until deeply caramelized.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in tomato sauce (or crushed tomatoes) and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 5–10 minutes to let the flavors blend.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss until coated. Use pasta water if needed.
- Stir in Parmesan and season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes or basil.
